WEBSITE ACCESS
Access to TAXALOT's website and tools does not require registration or the creation of a user account. You may use the analyzer tool by uploading trading statement files. By uploading files, you consent to the processing described in our Privacy Policy. You agree to provide accurate and truthful data when using the contact form or any other interactive features of the Website.
ANALYZER TOOL TERMS
By uploading a trading statement file to the analyzer tool, you represent and warrant that:
· You have the right to share the contents of the uploaded file.
· You acknowledge that the tool is an automated document preparation aid and may produce errors, inaccuracies, or incomplete results.
· You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying and correcting any output generated by the tool before using it in tax filings or submitting it to any authority.
· Uploaded file content is stored for up to 7 days for diagnostic purposes and then permanently deleted. User corrections (manual edits) are stored for up to 1 year for the purpose of improving parsing algorithms, linked only by an anonymous session identifier.
· The tool does NOT file tax declarations on your behalf and does NOT communicate with the National Revenue Agency (NRA/НАП) or any other authority.
SERVICE AVAILABILITY
TAXALOT currently provides its services free of charge. TAXALOT reserves the right to introduce paid services in the future, modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Website at any time without prior notice.

Use of our services does not establish a professional-client relationship, such as an "attorney-client" or "certified public accountant-client" relationship.
